Who are We?
HumanCare Russia (HCR) is an organisation, based in Copenhagen, Denmark, whose purpose is to support humanitarian work in and around Moscow, Russia.
HCR's projects support families with children and single mothers.
HCR supports, where even small amounts go a long way.
Connie Meyer and the continued support in Mosow
The humanitarian work was initiated by Connie Meyer. (In Moscow she was called Constance)
It is a deep grief for all of us that Connie Meyer is dead on May 9th 2019. We are deeply concerned, and our thoughts and deepest compassion go to the closest family and friends in Denmark and to fr. Pavel and all other friends in Moscow, USA, France and everywhere else.
HumanCare Russia has held an extraordinary general meeting 2019 June, where we agreed to continue to support fr. Pavel and the congregation in Moscow. The need for help still exists.
In September 2019 we had Memorial meetings and ceremony for Connie Meyer.
In December 2019 two members of the board visited the congregation in Moscow. Read about it in our newsletter News Christmas 2019.
